Mayor: Carl Zehrs congratulates Narine Dat Sookram for his contributions to the city of Kitchener-Waterloo.

Narine contributes to the region's arts as the founder of Talent World Entertainment Inc., as host and producer of the award winning show "Caribbean Spice Radio" on 100.3 Sound FM  (community radio) and as a social worker through his ACTIVE VISION Charity Association Corp. (non-profit) which provides books and school supplies to the children in Guyana.
